However sometimes your business will have additional requirements which are not fully covered by the base packages and that’s totally OK. In fact it is exactly why we’ve created a range of special upgrades and add-ons which are affordable and transparent on pricing, so you need not worry if you decide you need extras for your website at any stage.

All our packages include custom lead generation forms which will be sent to your email as standard. As an add-on we can send your lead notifications by SMS so you can be alerted to any new enquiries immediately.

If you are looking to engage in regular SEO activities and/or run digital ad campaigns we can manage this for you. What is required monthly will be specific to each business and budget, therefore this add-on is priced based on your specific requirements.

Our monthly website packages are a subscription / installment plan style of service which require a 24 month commitment period that pays for the website over time. After this period your contract moves to a month-to-month arrangement. If for any reason you find you no longer need all the benefits included with our web design packages, you have the option of switching to one of our monthly website care plans once the initial 24 month contract term has passed.

That’s probably because what we are offering is fairly unique in our industry. We essentially take on the majority of the upfront risk which is normally with the client investing large sums of money upfront in a traditional agency payment model. We do the work upfront so you can benefit sooner, allowing you to pay off the investment over time. We offer this as we firmly believe it has lots of benefits to small and medium businesses which need a high quality website which is fully supported and actually works to generate business for a quicker return on investment. Plus a recurring revenue model is also more sustainable for our business long term, so we both win!

Absolutely, once you are paid in full for the initial contract commitment period the website is 100% yours. Think of our monthly billing a bit like a subscription or installment plan to get your website upfront but pay it off over a longer period. Once you have completed the plan’s initial commitment period you are completely free to take your website and files and host them anywhere you want. Of course we hope you will stay with us though as continuing past the initial commitment period you can continue to enjoy all the great benefits our web design packages come with, including unlimited support which will remain in place for as long as you have an active plan with us! You’ll also have the option of moving over to one of our website care plans.

We’ll be completely honest, our monthly website packages aren’t going to suit every business type. Like many subscription style services there has to be some limitations to each package to make them viable. However, for many small to medium businesses our monthly website packages can actually be a perfect fit and include all the most common features a business will need. Also, our subscription payment approach has the benefits of producing almost immediate return on investment, mitigating the risks associated with large upfront payments and being more future-proofed to changes or new directions within the business due to the unlimited support included with every package. Our packages also have quicker turnaround times than traditional agency methods and our websites can be ready to go live in as little as 30 days.

Absolutely! If you already own a compatible Wordpress site and want to start benefiting from our flexible website packages to make improvements and updates to your current website then our range of website packages are a great way to do that. For a flat, regular monthly fee we can fully support and update your site at a pace you are completely comfortable with and without any large and scary upfront fees. This is no problem and we’ll be more than happy to help you create a truly unique one-of-a-kind design for your business. We make it really easy for you to switch one of our web design packages over to a custom design option. For a flat, one-off fee we have a custom design add-on which can be added to any of our packages. Our in-house developed customisable templates are flexible and can be optimised for many businesses, but we know they will not always be suited to a business looking for a unique and highly custom design solution which is why we created an add-on specially for this requirement.

WIX and other similar website builder services are do-it-yourself (DIY) platforms. With these style of website builders you get little or no real web design expertise and support included. You are literrally required to become a skilled web designer and digital marketer over night to get the best out of the platform. Whilst WIX has templates, these are not customised to your business and even simpler sites can require a lot of work and effort to set up correctly on your own.
