Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for a plan?
Website care plans run month to month and are paid for upfront by a monthly direct debit. Simply sign-up via our website and we’ll onboard you and send the details to set up the direct debit. Note we just require one month’s written notice should you wish to cancel your plan.
What sort of work is covered in the allocated time?
Depending on the plan selected, we can usually cover a variety content updates or website issues in the allocated time such as minor content updates/revisions, adding new blog posts, changing/adding photos and graphics etc. For anything more complex which cannot be realistically achieved in the plan’s time such as adding whole new pages/sections, making changes to the theme or structure, etc we’ll be happy to complete these on an ad-hoc basis for an additional fee at our standard hourly rate (which we also discount if you are on a plan too!).
Can I still have a plan and use my own hosting?
No unfortunately not. Our plans purposefully include high quality, fast loading Wordpress cloud hosting which forms part of the package benefits and allows us to ensure high levels of service quality and security for our clients by being hosted on our platform. If you decide to come on board with us we’ll take care of migrating your site over for no additional cost, so you won’t have to worry as we’ll handle everything for you. Migrations are also usually seamless (if there’s no ecommerce or similar functions with active customers) so you don’t even have to worry about downtime or any inconveniences by migrating your site over to us.
